Let it Snow!
I thought that I would share Timmy's latest handiwork with you all.On New Year's Eve, I woke up to a loud thud and this lovely sight. (see picture, left)
I have to smile because it brings back memories of Jenn at 3 or 4, when she covered every inch of our den with baby powder.
Years later, she recalled doing it because the sun was coming through the window making the powder look like snow and she thought it was very beautiful.
I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
Because of medication, I don't drink, but here's a delicious, non alcoholic toast for New Year's.
APRICOT SWIZZLE
12 oz. can of apricot nectar
6 oz. can of frozen lemonade (thaw out, but do not add water)
4 tablespoons ice tea mix
2 liters of ginger ale
This also serves as a great punch and may be doubled!

See how much better your bureau looks now Gramma?! I thinks it am all fancy smelling and soft :) Shmaybe I'll try some of that apricot swizzle shtuff with tuna juice! Yum!
You're a very nice Grammie to not be mad at Timmy for redecorating your bureau! Timmy's a very lucky poodin! My Mom doesn't drink cuz of pills too, so I'll make sure she gets a copy of your swizzle receipe. I bet she'll like it!
