Homemade Crumb Cake

I love this recipe because it is quick, easy and delicious, and it maks a lot. I hope that you enjoy it as much as we do.




HOMEMADE CRUMB CAKE

Preheat
oven to 350 and spray a jelly roll pan with Pam.
Prepare a package of Duncan Hines French Vanilla Cake Mix following directions on box.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread crumb mixture evenly over hot cake, pressing down gently.
Return pan to oven for additional 10-15 minutes.
Remove and immediately cut hot cake into squares using a pizza wheel. (Crumbs harden as cake cools)
When cake has cooled completely, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

CRUMB MIXTURE
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 sticks softened margerine
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Blend all ingredients together thoroughly to large crumb consistency.
